The Team

Ethos Performance is the premier sports performance facility for fighters in Australia. We house some of the best fighters in the world and continue to strive to elevate the standards amongst the combat sports strength and conditioning industry.

MORE THAN JUST A COACH

At Ethos, we’ve created a unique environment that allows world class athletes to train alongside any person wanting to better themselves. And so, our systems extend beyond the fighter to numerous sports and any individual choosing to better their performance.
