Meet Felipe Lemos Da Silva

“Performance breakthroughs are special, but watching an athlete grow into a stronger, more confident human being-on and off the field-is what makes coaching truly meaningful.”

“There’s little more I love than seeing athletes relentlessly pursue who they could be. My passion is putting athletes in a space where they’re perfectly poised to realise their potential.”

Felipe Lemos Da Silva

Strength & Conditioning Coach

From as early as I can remember, sport has been at the centre of my life. Growing up immersed in a mix of rugby, AFL, basketball, and football, I developed a deep curiosity about movement, performance, and what separates good athletes from great ones. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a genuine passion for physical development and training. The gym quickly became my second home, a place to challenge my limits and invest in my health, fitness, and growth.

That passion led me to study Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Sydney, where I completed my bachelor’s degree. I’m also an ASCA-accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach, driven by a desire to help others discover the value of investing in their own performance and wellbeing.

Having grown up watching the UFC and being of Brazilian descent, it felt natural to begin training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in early 2022. From my very first class, I was hooked. Since then, I’ve competed in multiple tournaments, earning several podium finishes, which deepened my drive to work within high-performance combat sports environments. This passion ultimately led me to ETHOS, where I completed the inaugural ETHOS Mentorship Program in mid-2024, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in an elite combat sports setting.

Alongside my work in combat sports, I have a strong commitment to youth athletic development. I currently serve as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Trinity Grammar School – one of Sydney’s leading private schools, where I guide young athletes not only in improving performance but also in building confidence, discipline, and personal growth.
