Meet Caitlin Stringer

“The best results come from environments that develop both the athlete and the person”

“There’s little more I love than seeing athletes relentlessly pursue who they could be. My passion is putting athletes in a space where they’re perfectly poised to realise their potential.”

Caitlin Stringer

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Caitlin’s passion for Strength and Conditioning comes from a genuine love of sport and the people within it.  She recently completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney and is planning to commence an Honours degree in 2026 with a focus on integrated work alongside the NSW Institute of Sport and Athletics Australia sprint programs.

Caitlin currently works within the South Sydney Rabbitohs female pathways, where she designs and delivers integrated on field, gym based and recovery programs to support performance development and long-term athlete progression.

In 2025, Caitlin was recognised as the South Sydney Rabbitohs Women in League Ambassador, contributing to the advancement and representation of women within high performance sport.  Alongside her role in rugby league, Caitlin serves as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Mosman Rowing Club and Souths Cares with the Play Her Way program, supporting the physical development of youth athletes across multiple pathways. Her experience extends into applied sport science, having worked within AFLW environments supporting match day operations and performance technology systems.

Caitlin has gained valuable high performance experience through various internships with the NSW Institute of Sport and the South Sydney Rabbitohs where she aligned closely with athletes and performance staff across prescription, assessment, delivery monitoring and data informed decision making.

Her coaching approach is strongly shaped by her own playing background, where she competed in NPL1 football for over five years and has international playing experience, having travelled to Italy to compete in a football tournament.

She brings a grounded, performance driven and evidence based approach to coaching, with a strong focus on athlete and female development within high-performance environments.
