Daniel Abraham is a Strength & Conditioning Coach with five years of coaching experience, starting out as a personal trainer before transitioning into S&C field.
He’s worked with a range of athletes from grassroots to elite junior levels, including roles at the Parramatta Eels (Harold Matthews) and Western Sydney Wanderers (Junior & Senior Development).
Daniel holds a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and is currently studying a Bachelor of High Performance Sport. He’s also completed a number of specialised courses over the last 5 years to broaden his coaching skillset and knowledge.
His background also includes experience working in rehabilitation settings, as a physiotherapy assistant where he supported injury management and physical therapy adding a valuable layer of practical rehab knowledge to his knowledge.
With a background as a rugby league player for 12 years, including at a representative level in the Harold Matthews Cup, Daniel brings an extensive understanding of the demands of sport and what it takes to perform and stand out at that level.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with friends and family, going out for dinners with his friends, and taking on tough hikes
