Our 'Ethos athlete Journal' was created by Head Coach Meer. It was a project that stemmed from 2 observations:

1- Athlete's taking notes after skills training for better learning and retention

2- Athlete's wanting to work on their visions, dreams, and how to work towards these things

And so our journal does BOTH. Inside you'll find dedicated areas to set your goals ( we call these knockout aka "KO" goals), plan your weeks and days, take notes after all of your skills training sessions and more.
